Applicable to: All subscription plans and recurring billing services offered by Aiviue Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Aiviue is a subscription-based AI hiring technology platform. Employers may cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with the terms below.
Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal of their subscription at any time before the next billing date through their account dashboard or by submitting a written request to support@aiviue.com. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not affect the current active billing period.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Full access to platform features will continue during this period. At the end of the billing cycle, access to paid features will be discontinued unless the subscription is renewed.
Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the subscriber to any refund, partial refund, or pro-rata refund for the remaining duration of the active billing cycle. All subscription fees paid are non-refundable.
Any purchased credits, add-ons, or usage-based services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits will not be refunded upon cancellation of the subscription.
For enterprise agreements or custom contracts, cancellation terms shall be governed by the specific Master Service Agreement or Order Form executed between Aiviue and the employer.
Cancelled subscriptions may be reactivated subject to prevailing pricing and plan availability at the time of reactivation. Aiviue does not guarantee reinstatement of prior pricing or promotional terms.
Aiviue reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
