As a Field Officer, you will operate on a day shift schedule, primarily working from our Gumla office while spending significant time inthe field. You will be a vital representative of Namra Finance Ltd., building trust and fostering strong relationships within the local community.

As a Field Officer at Namra Finance Ltd., you will be a pivotal link between our financial services andthe communities we serve. Your primary responsibility will involve proactive customer acquisition and meticulous loan sourcing, identifying and engaging with potential clients in Gumla and its surrounding areas to understand their financial requirements and introduce them to our suitable product offerings. You will conductthorough KYC verification processes, meticulously collecting and reviewing necessary documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks. Following successful verification, you will facilitate the efficient loan disbursement to approved applicants, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for our clients. Acrucial aspect of your role will also involve diligent loan collection activities, where you will follow up with clients to ensure timely repayments, manage overdue accounts, and maintain the overall health and quality of our loan portfolio. This role requires extensive travel within yourassigned territory, where you will be expected to navigate local areas effectively and utilize your smartphone handling skills for various operational tasks, including data entry, communication, and real-time reporting. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in relationship building, fostering strong, trust-based connections with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Namra Finance Ltd.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to216,000, operating exclusively on a day shift schedule from our Gumla office.
