Job description
Good Flippin' Burgers is hiring Team Members for our outlet. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare burgers and other menu items in accordance with company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Recommend menu items and drive upselling to earn incentives.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the store is clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
- Follow all hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Support day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Requirements
- SSC / HSC / Diploma / Graduate; a Hotel Management qualification is an added advantage. Freshers, or at least 6 months of experience in the F&B/QSR industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced restaurant. Must be comfortable handling and preparing buff, chicken and pork products. Positive attitude, customer-focused, team player.
