Field Officer

The annual salary for this position ranges from INR 144,000 to 216,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

As a Field Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve extensive fieldwork focused on customer acquisition and portfolio management. You will actively engage with potential clients in the assigned territory to understand their financial needs andintroduce them to Namra Finance Ltd.'s suitable loan products. This includes diligent loan sourcing, guiding applicants through the process, and conducting thorough KYC verification to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and timely loandisbursement to approved clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. A critical aspect of the role involves managing loan collection, following up on repayments, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio. Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with clients is paramount, requiring consistent interaction and a deep understanding of their circumstances. Furthermore, you will utilize smartphone applications for efficient data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, ensuring all field activities are accurately documented and compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
