A significant part of your role will involve loan sourcing, guiding applicants through the entire application process, and facilitating timely loan disbursement, ensuring funds reach our customers efficiently and transparently. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing collectionseffectively, requiring a sensitive yet firm approach to maintain a healthy portfolio quality and support our customers in their repayment journeys. Building and nurturing strong, lasting customer relationships through consistent engagement, proactive support, and addressing their financial needs will be paramount, solidifying their trust in Namra Finance Ltd.
