Position Overview

Responsible for security andoperations (storage/retrieval) of the vaults as per risk/operations checklist

Main Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL

•Strictly adhere to checklists,\nsystems and processes established for the vault function and security

•Carry out daily vault activities\nwith support from senior vault officer; consult with senior vault officer and\nreport to branch manager in case of any anomalies related to vault operations\nor security

•Ensure that operations team\npresent proper documents for cash storage/ retrieval

•Keep and update all vault related\ndocuments correctly and timely

•Coordinate with internal and\nexternal audit teams for vault audits

•Liaise with other departments as\nappropriate, to resolve issues and maintain service

Job Requirements & Qualification

QUALIFICATION

Diploma - Any specialization

EXPERIENCE

1+ years of relevant experience
