Namra Finance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our growingteam as a Field Officer or Senior Field Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and ensuring the smooth operation of our microfinance initiatives. You will be responsible for both customer acquisition and the crucial task of EMI collection, directly contributing to the financial health and growth of the organization. Yourday-to-day responsibilities will involve extensive field work, primarily focusing on identifying and onboarding new clients for our microfinance products, explaining the benefits and terms clearly and concisely. A significant part of your role will be the timely and respectfulcollection of Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) from existing clients, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough verification processes for loan applications, assisting customers with necessary documentation, and providingongoing support and guidance regarding their financial needs. Furthermore, you will act as a vital feedback loop, gathering insights from the field to help Namra Finance Ltd. continuously improve its services and product offerings. Regular reporting on your field activities, customerinteractions, and collection performance will be an essential part of your routine, ensuring transparency and accountability.

We welcome applications from individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience, including fresh graduates, who are eager to start or advance their careers inthe financial sector. Candidates must possess at least a 12th-grade pass, with a graduate degree preferred, and demonstrate proficiency in local languages relevant to their operational area. Essential requirements for this role include owning a two-wheeler and holding a validdriving license, as extensive travel within your assigned territory will be required. A willingness to relocate for the role is also highly valued. Experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFI) or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) will be a significant advantage, particularly for the Senior Field Officer position. This full-time position operates on a day shift, offering a salary range of INR 12,000 - 15,000 per annum.
