This role offers a competitive annual salary rangingfrom INR 144,000 to 216,000, commensurate with experience and performance. As a Field Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve extensive travel within your assigned territory to engage directly with potential and existing clients. You will be instrumental in customer acquisition, identifying and onboarding new clients who can benefit from our financial products. This includes comprehensive loan sourcing, where you will explain variousloan options, assess client needs, and guide them through the application process. A critical part of your role will be conducting thorough KYC verification, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and validated in compliance with regulatory standards. You will also facilitate loan disbursement, ensuring fundsreach our clients efficiently, and manage loan collection efforts, following up on repayments to maintain a healthy portfolio. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients is paramount, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to understanding their financial journeys. You will utilize smartphone handling for dailyreporting, data entry, and communication, ensuring accurate and timely updates on your field activities.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with diverse client groups. The ability to travel extensivelywithin Gondia and its surrounding areas is essential for this field-based role. Proficiency in handling smartphones for operational tasks and a proactive, customer-centric approach are also key requirements. While prior experience in microfinance, sales, or community engagement isadvantageous, it is not strictly necessary, as we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree is a plus.
