of engineers and technicians, oversee equipmentand process performance, set technical objectives and lead projects thatsupports business growth. The engineering manager’s responsibilities include employeesafety, environmental compliance, meeting quality targets, and communicatingwith customers.Main Responsibilities·       \nDesign, implement, and refine product development,\ntesting, and manufacturing processes.·       \nManages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and\ntechnical personnel.·       \nLead teams in the development of new products and\nmanufacturing solutions including validation and qualification of

Technical\nunderstanding Metal stamping, drawing and injection molding processes Strong\ncommunication and presentation skillsAdditional DetailsExperience in Medical Device, Pharma and/or Food manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
