Good Flippin' Burgers is hiring Team Members for our outlet. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare burgers and other menu items in accordance with company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Recommend menu items and drive upselling to earn incentives.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the store is clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
• Follow all hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
• Support day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
