Aiviue is an AI-powered hiring technology platform. We provide access to tools including AI Job Creation, Video JD Publishing, Candidate Sourcing and Curation, AI Conversational Screening, Employer Dashboard Access, Interview Slot Coordination, and WhatsApp or Voice Automation.
Aiviue operates strictly as a technology subscription platform and not as a recruitment consultancy. Hiring decisions and outcomes remain solely at the discretion of the employer.
Aiviue does not guarantee the interviews, hires, time-to-hire, or offer acceptance rates. Platform performance depends on market conditions, salary competitiveness, job location, employer responsiveness, and other external factors beyond Aiviue's control.
Payments made to Aiviue for subscriptions, credits, or usage-based plans are non-refundable except under limited circumstances defined below. Aiviue does not provide full refunds once platform access has been activated, job postings have been published, credits have been consumed, AI workflows have been initiated, or candidate sourcing activity has begun.
In exceptional cases, Aiviue may review refund requests at its sole discretion only if:
If approved, any refund will be processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative costs. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued within 15 business days and shall be final and non-negotiable.
Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits do not qualify for monetary refunds. Subscription plans remain active for the full purchased duration, and early cancellation does not result in a refund of any remaining subscription value. No full refund guarantees are offered under any subscription plan or credit purchase.
For curated sourcing or managed plans where Aiviue commits to providing a defined candidate inventory, if Aiviue is unable to fulfil the committed inventory within a billing cycle, the unfulfilled portion may be rolled over to the subsequent billing period at no additional cost. Rollover applies only to candidate inventory and does not constitute a monetary refund.
Employers may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Platform access will continue until the end of the active subscription period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing cycle.
Initiating payment chargebacks without first contacting Aiviue support may result in suspension or termination of platform access and may lead to recovery proceedings where applicable. Employers are encouraged to contact support@aiviue.com for resolution prior to raising any payment disputes.
Aiviue reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
